Training in small groups of up to 4–5. A lower price per session, and the kind of atmosphere that makes coming backweek easier. Lessons are taught in Russian or Ukrainian.
The session is in the calendar and people expect you. That holds better than intending to go sometime.
Per session, a group costs less than one-to-one with the same coach at the same pool.
Groups are put together by level, so nobody looks like they are lagging. For self-conscious adults that often matters more than price.
Four or five people is not a crowd. The coach gets to each of them within the session.
In swimming a fault has to be corrected in the moment it happens, or it sets. In a large group the coach physically cannot reach everyone, and the session turns into swimming together rather than being taught. That is why the size is capped.
If you are starting from scratch, afraid of water, or have a specific technical problem, begin one-to-one — it is quicker.
Private lessons →Group schedules differ by pool. Sõle Spordikeskus has the most, at weekends.
Up to 4–5.
By age and level. At Sõle, for example, there is a separate 18+ adult group and a transition group for children aged 5–8.
Tell your coach — you can move to a group at another level, or take a few private sessions and come back.
Yes. A trial session commits you to nothing and helps you choose the right format.
