The group session runs on Sundays at 12:30. Private sessions are by arrangement, including on weekdays.
Both. Groups are formed by level; if the format does not suit, your coach will suggest another pool or private sessions.
Haabersti runs groups on weekday evenings and Põhja-Tallinn at other weekend times. Any of the three pools is an option.
